• Creatives Group

    This group will focus on working with young people through creative methods such as: art, writing, movement to teach mindfulness and meditation skills. These skills help decrease at-risk behaviors, increase self-confidence and self-image. The group will also provide support to young people facing stressful transitions by providing group support and focusing on their strengths.

  • Girls Group

    This is a 12 week supportive therapy group with two separate groups for high school girls ages 13-17 and adolescents/middleschool age 10-13. The group provides a safe environment to increase self-confidence and improve their peer relationships both in and out of the group. Common issues are addressed with an experienced, licensed therapist: interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem, shyness, body image, coping with stress and any topics members bring.

  • Emotions Support Group

    Welcome! This group is for adolescents 13-17, where we explore our internal emotional inner worlds together. We come to learn triggers of anxiety and depression and effective coping strategies as well as deeper awareness of why we feel the way we do. Themes include anxiety, sadness, friendship conflict, dating, school stress, eating and body image.

  • Women's Therapy Group

    This is an in person and virtual group for women 18+ from all walks of life. Do you find yourself struggling to be assertive in the work place or in your social life? Having difficulties in your relationships? Struggling with body image issues or low self esteem? Holding yourself back due to fear?

    Join our women's empowerment group and learn the skills needed to explore personal growth, and make powerful, healthy choices in your life. Our women's group is about women supporting women to manage the overall anxieties and stressors of every day life.
