  • Free Consultation: Every client receives a free phone consultation. This helps us determine your primary areas of need for therapy so that we can match you with the therapist who specializes in those areas.

    Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling:

    During the initial consultation, we will check your insurance and confirm session costs, which could be as low as $15 with insurance. Sessions with no insurance vary depending on the therapist.

    Group Sessions, Workshops, and Consultations: Fees vary as these services are often tailored to the clients’ needs and depend upon availability, subject matter, and duration.

    We will gladly contact your insurer to learn about your benefits: co-pay (if any), any limit to number of sessions, deductible, etc.

  • If your insurance provider is not listed here, please email or call us to provide us with your provider, we can also provide a form for you to submit to your insurance company applying for reimbursement.

    We also accept private payment via cash or check, due on the day of your visit.

  • We accept payment by cash, check and all major cards via our therapy portal. All payments are due on the day of your visit.

  • Yes, we are able to write reports for agencies such as the Department of Social Services, schools and school districts, landlord and work. Reports start at a cost of $75, and will depend upon length and complexity.

  • Our therapists have in-person and virtual therapy available. Teletherapy is provided via a secure portal.
