I recognize no single approach is the right one for every individual. My practice encompasses supportive exploration of your identified goals with compassion, insight and an integrative blend of therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing disturbances related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. I provide safe space to manage your thoughts and feelings, and develop new coping strategies while offering you a balance of empathy and accountability.
