What is your approach to therapy?

I have experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral and mood difficulties, interpersonal relationships, cultural issues and other life stressors. My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, however I also employ other modalities to help individuals develop practical skills, reach their goals and meet the demands of their daily lives.

I believe that through collaborative work we can achieve the most effective results in therapy. A good match between you and your therapist is an important first step in developing a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can work together to achieve growth, change and the goals you have set for your life.
