What Is
Group
Therapy?
Types of Group Therapy Offered
We offer specialized therapy groups tailored to different age groups, life stages, and emotional needs. Each group is facilitated by an experienced clinician using evidence-based approaches to ensure meaningful progress and personal transformation.
Emotional Support Group
for Teens (Ages 13–17)
Designed for adolescents navigating the challenges of growing up, this group helps teens explore emotions like anxiety, sadness, and stress in a safe, understanding environment. Participants learn to identify emotional triggers, develop coping strategies, and build emotional awareness. Topics include friendship conflict, academic pressure, body image, dating, and more — all led by a therapist skilled in teen mental health.
Girls Therapy Group
(Ages 10–13 & 13–17)
This structured 12-week group offers age-specific support for middle school and high school girls. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, the group focuses on improving self-esteem, peer relationships, and emotional regulation. Topics include shyness, stress management, body image, and healthy communication. Girls are encouraged to explore their identity and build empowering relationships in a nurturing environment.
Creative Expression
Therapy Group
This innovative group supports young people through creative arts therapy, including drawing, writing, and movement. Participants build mindfulness and self-regulation skills while expressing their emotions in nonverbal ways. This group is ideal for youth managing stress, transitions, low self-esteem, or risk-taking behaviors, and helps build confidence through community support and creativity.
Healing Together, One Conversation at a Time

Offered both in-person and online, this group fosters connection, confidence, and community.
